Definitions :

General Conditions of Use or "GCU": Refers to all the stipulations set forth in the present conditions, the purpose of which is to define the terms and rules for accessing and using the Websites.

conditions under which Bedrock makes the Website available and to define the conditions of

access to and use of the Website by the User.

These Terms of Use are available on the Website under the heading Terms of Use.

Article 2: Access to the Website

The Website allows the User free access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to the services offered by the Publisher.

The Bedrock Streaming Website provides information on Bedrock's activities, including news and events related to the company's activities.

In addition, a technical blog featuring technical conferences, meetups and events sponsored by Bedrock is available to Website Users.

The Website also provides a visual display of the job opportunities offered by the company, possibly with a link to a third-party Website. Finally, a tab allows Users to contact Bedrock.

Article 3: Personal data

Bedrock streaming warrants to process the User’s personal data with the utmost respect for his privacy and in accordance with the provisions of the French Data Protection Act no. 78- 17 of January 6, 1978 and the European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation).

Article 4: Intellectual property

This Content is the property of Bedrock Streaming. These elements are made available to Users, free of charge, for the sole purpose of using the Site.

Unless prior authorization from Bedrock, the User is not authorized to make any reproduction, publication or copy of the various Contents. The User undertakes to use the Contents of the Site within a strictly private framework;

Any total or partial representation of this Site by any process whatsoever, without the express authorization of the Site operator, constitutes an infringement punishable by articles L 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code. The Website Editor cannot be held responsible for any viruses that may infect the computer or any other hardware of the Internet user, following use, access or downloading from this Website. Similarly, the Website Editor cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure.
