Bedrock receives IAB Tech Lab certifications

Bedrock, the leading streaming technology platform, today announced that it has received IAB Tech Lab’s Open Measurement Software Development Kit (OM SDK) integration certifications for Mobile App and Web Video.

The certifications provide accurate measurement, easy implementation, cross-platform compatibility, transparency, and collaboration opportunities.

These apply to the following environments and platforms:

  • Web video Digital Ad Replacement (DAR) desktop

  • Web video desktop

  • In-app mobile (IOS and Android)

  • In-app mobile DAR (IOS and Android)

OM SDK allows third-party viewability and verification measurement for ads served to web video and native app environments, without requiring multiple SDK integrations or the use of VPAID . The SDK offers common code and libraries for facilitating third-party access to measurement data. Sites and apps that integrate the OM SDK can send measurement signals via the Open Measurement Interface Definition (OMID) API, which. measurement providers can collect with their verification javascript tags.

These certifications showcase our commitment to meeting global industry standards in digital advertising. By obtaining them, we provide our clients with a unified solution for viewability measurement, which simplifies their processes. They no longer need multiple third-party measurement provider SDKs, saving time and complex cross-device maintenance. With this certification, Bedrock clients can offer higher quality, measurable inventory, resulting in higher eCPMs and an overall increase in revenue,” comments Tung Tran-Quang, AdTech & AVOD strategy Director at Bedrock.

We are thrilled to have Bedrock added to the growing list of companies certified for OM SDK. This certification demonstrates Bedrock’s commitment to building an ecosystem where buyers have flexibility in the measurement partners they choose to work with and further improve our industry's interoperability. Congratulations to the Bedrock team on this certification,” says Jarrett Wold, Sr. Director of Compliance Programs at IAB Tech Lab.

Bedrock now ambitions certification for the CTV environments including Samsung and LG devices.
